Elizabeth began her career in recruitment in 2018 and has built nearly a decade of experience specializing in professional and industrial recruitment. She launched her career at a Top 5 global recruitment firm, where she developed expertise in placing business and industrial professionals. Her career progressed into managing hiring for an industrial facility in Philadelphia, followed by a leadership role as a Director at a Silicon Valley RPO and Recruitment Firm.

Elizabeth recognized a growing need for recruiters who understand niche industrial skill sets and the unique challenges of technical and business hiring. Her deep industry knowledge, consultative approach, and belief in relationship-driven recruiting led her to establish Rev. Today, as Founder & CEO, Elizabeth focuses on delivering high-quality talent solutions by connecting companies with candidates who align with both technical requirements and long-term business goals.

Austin

Austin started his career as an engineer, gaining hands‑on experience designing and delivering complex technical projects. He used his technical background in client‑facing business development roles, building relationships with engineering teams and translating technical needs into commercial solutions. Today, Austin Leads technical search efforts while serving as Partner at Rev Recruitment.  

His engineering background gives him a practical, technical view of candidate skillsets and project needs, allowing him to accurately assess technical fit, speak the same language as hiring managers, and translate engineering requirements into clear role specifications. Austin’s experience with engineering workflows, problem‑solving, and stakeholder collaboration strengthens his talent sourcing—he identifies candidates who not only have the right credentials but can actually deliver on complex technical projects and integrate with engineering teams.
